Soul LaVee

My name is Soul Lavee. To be honest, i don't have any fancy certificates to show for, and i didn't go to any fancy school to qualify for what i do. What I do have however, are 50 years of life, and more than 30 years of experience and observations.

 

You might think 'This doesn't qualify me for anything' but think about it in this way. Who would you consider more experienced? someone who just got their driver's license? or someone who's been driving for 30 years unlicensed?

I like to think of myself as curious, and logical. I like to make sense of things, and understand them in a way that they would make sense to me, rather than just accept them based on some narrative or expert opinion.

From a very young age, i was curious to understand, what makes life the way it is, with so many different personalities, and outcomes. Were some people luckier than others? were some people blessed with good fortune, and some are cursed? or was there an intelligent order that places everything where it belongs, and we, are just 'actors' in a big movie, where the script is written and the parts are already in place?

 

In other words, do we create our lives based on ANY desire? or are we supposed to unravel what has already been created for us? My thirty odd years of observation and experience suggest that it is closer to the latter, rather than the burden of creating any desire we think we want. More often than not, most unhappiness comes from going in the wrong direction to where we need to go, and going against where we need to be.
